Each committee meeting commences at 7pm in Room 2, Seabrook Kinder

Venue:  Room 2, Seabrook Kindergarten with the exception of the AGM which is held in the Community Centre Rooms 1 & 2. The first hour is a public meeting so if you have anything you would like to discuss with the committee directly please inform the secretary (by the Monday before the meeting).

As a committee we felt it was important to create a mission statement that we could all keep in mind when making decisions for our kinder. We have therefore created the following statement

“Our mission is to keeping in mind the most important thing to each of us and that is the children. This will be enhanced by providing a happy and cohesive environment which will foster the growth of our kindergarten and staff.  Leading and inspiring each other will ensure a successful and sustainable future for all”
Committee Positions Available Each Year
Seabrook Kindergarten is managed by a Committee of Management comprised of parents of children in both the three activity groups and four year old kindergarten groups. Your involvement and participation on the Committee is vital for the Kindergarten to operate. The Committee is elected each year at the Annual General Meeting and is made up of both executive positions and general positions. The meetings are held once a month, and give you the opportunity to be involved in what goes on at your child’s Kindergarten.
Please consider joining our committee of management and see what difference you can make to your Child’s Kindergarten.

We very much believe in working together as a community here at Seabrook Kindergarten and the committee and staff work hard to promote positive partnerships with our families. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we hope that you will talk to the staff and/or committee so that we can hopefully resolve any concerns you have.

Seabrook Kindergarten’s Complaints and Grievances Policy is available for inspection at any time.  This policy is stored in in our policies folder located in our central kinder office – please ask a staff member if you wish to assess this or any of our policies.  There is also a copy on display in our kinder corridor.
