Our Staff

Seabrook Kindergarten is made up of a dedicated team of nine permanent staff.  Several of the teachers and educators have been with the kindergarten for many years which demonstrates their commitment and enthusiasm to Seabrook Kinder, providing continuity for the children and building relationships within the community.

Hi my name is Sue and I have been at the Seabrook Kindergarten since 2003 and have enjoyed working with both the 3 and the 4 year old groups. I am one of the kindergarten teachers for one the 4 year old programs and I am also the Kinder Support Manager and Educational leader.  This means I am the go between for the staff and the committee, to ensure we have a coherent community here at Seabrook.

I love Seabrook Kindergarten and all the community and have really enjoyed watching the families come up through the community, as well as being a teaching kindergarten where we take in students of all areas and show them how wonderful our program and staff community is. I look forward to meeting you all when you come in and allow us to be a part of your child’s learning experience.

Hi, my name is Chau and I have been working at Seabrook Kindergarten since 2018.  I am one of the kinder teachers here for the 4 year old kinder program. I hold a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood. I love working with children and getting to know their personalities and having fun with them. I look forward to meeting you and your children in the near future.

My name is Belinda and I am a 4 year old kindergarten teacher. I have been working in the early childhood field since 1987.  My passion has always been to teach. I have been at Seabrook Kindergarten since January 2012.

When I first entered into the early childhood sector in the late 80’s I worked as an assistant. During the early 90’s I studied to become a Diploma Trained Educator. With this qualification, I worked as a Qualified educator in a variety of Early Childhood settings across Australia  strengthening my skills and increasing my knowledge .

My passion and enjoyment of teaching saw me returning to study in 2007. I graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education (Distinction) through Deakin University. I have been teaching kindergarten since 2009.

I continue my professional growth in the field through participating in personal development conferences, workshops and training courses. In the future I look toward further study.

Hi, my name is Pamela and I have been an Educator at Seabrook Kindergarten since August 2008 after moving from Albury to be closer to family. I find my role at Seabrook Kindergarten, working as the Activity Group Leader for the 3 year old program and as an assistant with the 4 year old group, both satisfying and engaging and I look forward to being a big part of your child’s experience at Kinder.

After completing my Certificate 3 in Children’s Services in 1997, I started work in long day care and then moved into family day care, as my own family increased. In 2010 I went back to study at Victoria University and completed my Diploma in Children’s Services. I have been at Seabrook Kindergarten working with the 3 and 4 year old groups since 2005 and find it a very interesting and rewarding career.

Hi, my name is Mandy and I am the Kinder Operations Manager.  Since 1998, I have been working with children and families in early childhood and education and hold several early childhood qualifications.  Throughout my career, I have also had several office management positions.

In 2007, I completed a Foundation Degree in Early Years at Oxford Brookes University in the UK. I emigrated to Australia in 2009, and then became a citizen in 2013 – I love Australia. I have been working at Seabrook Kindergarten since December 2012 and prior to this, I was an Assistant Director of a long day care centre in the local community.
